CX-PRO™ COURSE REGISTRATION
All virtual live classes will be held in Eastern time (UTC/GMT -5) during standard time and (UTC/GMT -4) during daylight saving time.
CX-PRO™ Customer Experience (CX) Training and Certification—for Contact Center Leaders and Managers
- The CX-PRO Customer Experience (CX) Training and Certification—for Contact Center Leaders and Managers standard course fee is $799 per person. This is a virtual on-line instructor-led course that runs for 2-hours during the evening (EST) for two successive weeks, 3 days per week (Tuesday through Thursday). Pricing includes course materials in electronic format, an exam fee, and a certificate upon passing the final exam.

Payment for all classes must be received before class begins.
- A full refund is honored only if a course cancellation notice is received seven (7) or more days before class. A 75% refund will be given for cancellations within 7 days of class.
- The minimum class size is six (6) participants. For any classes having less than six participants, registrants will automatically be shifted into the next scheduled class.
