CX-PRO for Customer Experience Managers

Program Fees:

  • The CX-PRO™ for Customer Experience Managers standard course fee is $799 per person.  This is a virtual on-line instructor-led course that runs for 2-hours during the evening (EST) for two successive weeks, 3 days per week (Tuesday through Thursday).  Pricing includes course materials in electronic format, an exam fee, and a certificate upon passing the final exam.

Payment for all classes must be received before class begins. 

  • A full refund is honored only if a course cancellation notice is received seven (7) or more days before class.  A 75% refund will be given for cancellations within 7 days of class.  
  • The minimum class size is six (6) participants. For any classes having less than six participants, registrants will automatically be shifted into the next scheduled class.
